Where to Start
There are a few ways to begin, depending on your goals and experience. Private sessions offer a fully personalized, one-on-one approach, while small group mat classes provide a structured and supportive environment. Semi-private sessions are a great option if you’d like to work with a partner while still receiving individualized guidance. Many new clients begin with a private session or introductory package, then transition into group classes when ready.
